Walking Club

1st Weekend of each month - Various Locations

Note: In 2008 we are going to continue to alternate Saturday & Sunday for Walk Day. This is a wonderful way to meet other greyhound people while letting your greyhounds socialize and get some exercise at the same time.

take your greyhound for a walk!NOTE FROM MIKI:

If anyone has clarifications or changes to any of the instructions that you would like to submit, I am open to any and all suggestions. Please let me know what your thoughts are on the different parks we visit and also on the addition of Saturdays to the monthly rotation. I am still looking for additions to the list of parks. We have a couple for the east valley, but we are still lacking any suggestions for the west side. Thanks for your help in keeping the walking club going!

Miki Godlaski coordinates the walks and you can contact her for information at 480-473-7256 (home), 602-550-6238 (cell) or email her.

    Steele Indian Park • Phoenix
The cross streets are Central and Indian School. Use the entrance at Indian School and Third Street. There is a light, Third St dead-ends and if you go straight (instead of turning on Indian School), you drive right into the park. There is a small lot near the entrance, but if you go up the drive and through the gates, there is a much larger lot. This is where we will meet.
