Each year the AAGI staff takes this opportunity to honor all the volunteers who make our program possible. We have a buffet style continental breakfast and share lots of laughs. As our thank-you for all the effort put forth by our wonderful volunteers we give awards in several categories.
In 2002 we combined the Brunch with our Volunteer Orientation so newcomers could get a glimpse of how much we appreciate the outstanding volunteer effort.
This is a wonderful opportunity for those of you thinking about volunteering with AAGI to learn more about what opportunities we have and also learn how to answer some of the questions you will be asked. It is also a great refresher for those who want to tune up their PR skills. The Volunteer Handbook will be available as well as sign up sheets for upcoming events.
